Account deletion request

Request deletion

Email win4all2026@outlook.com from the address connected to your account, using the subject Account deletion request. Include your name and postcode so we can safely identify the account.

Verification

We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request came from the account holder. Do not send a password, security code, identity document or full card number unless we provide a secure, necessary method.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymise account profile data that is no longer required and stop optional marketing. We will confirm when the request has been completed.

Information we may retain

Competition, transaction, fraud-prevention, complaint and tax records may need to be retained for legal, security or contractual reasons. Any retained information will be restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable period ends.
