Who controls your information

Information we use

We may use your name, date of birth, contact details, address, chosen team, shirt sizes, competition entries, account identifiers, consent choices, payment references, correspondence, fraud-prevention signals and prize-delivery records. Stripe processes card information; WIN4ALL does not receive your full card number.

Why we use it

We use information to administer entries and draws, take and reconcile payments, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, contact winners, deliver prizes, answer support requests, keep accounting records and comply with legal duties. Optional marketing is based on your consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

Who receives it

Information may be shared only as needed with service providers supporting payments, hosting, email, identity or fraud checks, professional advisers, prize fulfilment and public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, including competition administration, complaints, fraud prevention, tax and legal records. Access is restricted and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Email us to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

International processing

If a provider processes information outside the UK, we will use an approved transfer safeguard where required.

We will publish material changes here and update the date at the top of this notice.
