Competition terms & conditions — pre-launch

No competition is open yet. Each draw page must publish its final prize, price, opening time, latest closing time, latest draw date, entry limit and prize conditions before any entry is accepted. These terms remain subject to final legal review.

Promoter and eligibility

WIN4ALL is independent of football clubs, leagues, Apple and Google. Entry is limited to people aged 18 or over resident in Great Britain, entering for themselves. Staff and people materially involved in administering a draw cannot enter.

Entry routes and limits

Each draw offers paid online entry and a free ordinary first- or second-class postal route. One free postal entry is allowed per person per draw. The combined maximum is eight entries per person per draw; a person claiming the free entry can buy up to seven more. Accepted paid and free entry numbers enter the same pool. Each entry number has the same chance; people holding more entry numbers have more chances overall. No purchase or marketing consent is required for the free route. Read the postal instructions.

Closing and draw dates

A draw closes when its combined paid and free entry limit is reached, or at its published latest closing time, whichever comes first. Both routes close together. After an early sellout, WIN4ALL freezes the entry list and draws within two business days. Otherwise it draws on the published latest draw date, even if entries have not sold out. The full advertised prize is awarded regardless of sales. WIN4ALL will publish the actual closing and draw times and will not extend a draw merely because sales are low.

Winner selection and delivery

A provisional winner and reserves are selected from valid entry numbers by an auditable, independently random process; WIN4ALL does not hand-pick the winner. WIN4ALL contacts the provisional winner within two business days and verifies age, identity and eligibility. The winner has 14 days to respond. There is no charge to claim a prize. The exact prize and any value cap or equivalent alternative must appear on the draw page before opening.

FindTheNet and HatTrickHeros

Each winner receives two official home shirts for their chosen supported team, two tickets to a home match selected by WIN4ALL and £50 ground spend. Unless expressly stated on the draw page, the selected match will not be in the week of the draw or the immediately following week. Physical prize items will be dispatched within 7–10 working days after winner verification and receipt of the details needed for delivery and sizing. Match tickets may be supplied separately when released by their issuer.

BIG 6

The prize is two home match tickets, two official home shirts and £50 ground spend. Eligible team choices are Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Newcastle United. The draw page must identify the match and fulfilment arrangements before entry opens.

TopCorner

The winner receives the same match prize as FindTheNet, plus a stadium tour for two at the chosen supported team’s ground. WIN4ALL selects the match, which will not be in the week of the draw or immediately following week unless expressly stated. The tour may take place on a different date from the match, so two visits may be needed. Travel and accommodation are excluded unless the draw page includes them. Physical prize items are dispatched within 7–10 working days after verification and receipt of necessary details; tickets and tour admission may arrive separately.

FansChance

The prize is two season tickets for the winner’s chosen supported team, two official home shirts and £200 ground spend. FansChance awards season tickets only for the next full football season beginning after the draw, never for the current or an already-started season. The draw page must specify that exact season before entries open, and the draw must take place before it starts. For example, a draw during 2026/27 awards 2027/28 season tickets. If the draw cannot be completed before the advertised season starts, WIN4ALL will notify affected entrants and provide a remedy under the final published rules; it will not silently change the season or reduce the prize. A winner within approximately three hours’ travel may be offered a personal WIN4ALL prize presentation; a visit is not guaranteed. Otherwise the prize is delivered or issued through the applicable provider. The draw page must state the seat category, value cap and equivalent alternative if the selected season tickets cannot be obtained.

Fairness and complaints

Invalid, duplicate, fraudulent, late or over-limit entries may be rejected with a recorded reason. Prizes will not be reduced because entries do not sell out. Material changes after opening are limited to unavoidable circumstances, with affected entrants informed. See the complaints process and privacy notice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

App editions

The iPhone and Android editions provide competition information, official rules, free-entry instructions and support. Paid app entry remains closed unless the relevant store approves it and the legal requirements have been confirmed.
