Include in your message

• Your full name and account email.
• The competition name and entry or payment reference.
• Your device type and app/browser version for technical problems.
• A short description of the issue and any safe-to-share screenshot.

Do not send passwords, security codes or your full card number.

Payments

Card payments will be handled by Stripe when competitions go live. If a payment appears on your statement but no entry confirmation arrives, contact us before attempting another payment.
